HiT-IT 2019: Guidelines for camera ready papers

The accepted papers should largely be formatted according to the information published in the submission information page. This page explains the things you need to take into account when preparing the final version:

  • the final version should be uploaded using the START system (https://www.softconf.com/ranlp2019/HiT-IT2019/)
  • for each paper we will need both the PDF of the paper and the source files. If you wrote your paper in Latex, we will need a zip file which contains all the files necessary to compile the paper. If the paper was written in Microsoft Word, we will need the docx file.
  • If you edited your file in Latex, please make sure you uncomment the following line:
%\aclfinalcopy % Uncomment this line for the final submission
This will ensure all the information relevant to the reviewing process is removed and the paper is formatted according to the guidelines for the final version
  • If you have an academic submission and edited your paper in Microsoft word, please use this template.

As a result of the requests we received, all authors can have one extra page in their papers. This is largely to enable them to address reviewers’ comments.

The final version of the papers should be uploaded by 20th August 2019.
